We usually ship orders on the same day the order is placed, at the latest by the next morning. Delivery may take longer depending on the availability of a particular perfume in your country. Some perfumes are only available in Slovakia or the Czech Republic, which may extend the delivery time by about 3 days.

Yes, if you are interested in a niche perfume that is not in our portfolio, we will be happy to list it for you. The condition is a minimum purchase of a 10ml or 15ml version.

If you don't like the scent and have a 10ml or 15ml bottle, you can return the perfume to our address. You will receive 50% of the price back in the form of a coupon for your next purchase. This allows you to save when choosing the best perfume for you. This policy is also in place because we cannot resell the perfume we sent you, as we cannot verify whether it has been contaminated.

The selected perfumes that are offered directly by the supplier are sent in the original bottles we received them in. Other perfumes and sizes are filled into smaller glass bottles because the supplier does not offer them. These are high-quality glass bottles. All bottles are then packaged in a velvet pouch.
